A little taste of France is winning formula

A little-known bistro founded 12 years ago by a former college lecturer last night beat Michelin-starred competition to be named Scottish Restaurant of the Year.  SmithS of Uddingston, South Lanarkshire, scooped Urban Restaurant of the Year as well as the overall Restaurant of the Year title at an awards
ceremony held at Glasgow Science Centre.
